 Accepted Payment Methods Accepted Payment Methods: Major credit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and gift certificates. If you do not pay within 3 days of your transaction, your sale will be cancelled. We only accept PayPal and other payments (only after communication with us and approval) at present. We're sorry, but we do not accept personal checks via mail -- it is too difficult to keep track of orders this way. Shipping WHERE IS MY ORDER AND HOW WILL IT GET HERE? Since all our items are custom-made, many items may have differing production methods that may effect shipment time. If you have any specific questions on when your item(s) will ship out, be sure to send us a message before your submit your order. Below are the approximate shipment times for Watan pieces: - All Items (Unless Noted Below): All items will ship out between 1-5 business days. - Rings & Simple Palestine Map necklaces: These items will ship in about 3-4 weeks from order date. - Canvases: Canvases will ship in about 1 week from order date. - Gift Certificates: Gift certificates will be emailed in about 1-3 business days. Please be sure to provide an accurate email for timely processing. DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS Our default shipping method is USPS First Class Mail. We ship from Chicago, so it can sometimes take 5 business days for packages to reach either Coast via First Class Mail. Priority Mail packages are usually delivered within three days of shipping, but the USPS does not guarantee delivery by a certain date for Priority packages. We are happy to ship at faster rates. Choose the shipping rate most suitable to your needs at checkout. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS At present, we offer international shipping for almost all of our products. International packages take, on average, one to two weeks to deliver, depending on your location. Please be sure to include a full and accurate address in your order; unfortunately, we cannot refund for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Refunds and Exchanges We are always happy to exchange your item if it gets crushed or damaged in any way in the mail. If your item is damaged by the USPS, we will send a replacement free of charge using the original shipping method. If you item is lost for a domestic shipment, we will also send a replacement free of charge. If the postal service claims your item was delivered, but you didn't receive it, we will send a replacement (if possible), but we ask that you cover the cost of re-shipping. If an international item is lost, unfortunately we cannot provide any refund or replacement. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds or replacements for orders with incorrect addresses. Please, make sure your shipping address is entered correctly! If you realize you've entered it incorrectly, please make sure to message us as soon as possible and we can see what we can do. --- If you are not satisfied with your piece(s), please message the shop and we can work out an agreement on refunding, exchange, or the like. Please read the descriptions of pieces closely; returns based on dissatisfaction with the piece that could have been easily avoided by reading the item details will not be refunded.
