DESCRIPTION
Feature a bit of traditional Palestinian art as part of your everyday wardrobe. Our culture, after all, is our resistance!
DETAILS
- "Tatreez", or the Palestinian art of cross-stitch embroidery, is an art that survives today as a central facet of Palestinian culture. What used to be practiced primarily by village women as a means to decorate their dress and show their personal skills/identity now is a rarer art form (not to say that tatreez is not a popular design for women's thobes, etc). This particular item takes its inspiration from the snowflake motif pattern.
DETAILS
