SHIPPING INFORMATION

Thank you for shopping with Watan. We process and ship orders with care — here's what to expect.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days of being placed. Orders placed outside work hours or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Orders that include art prints may require additional processing time. Prints are fulfilled through a separate partner warehouse, so they may be packaged and shipped independently.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship within the United States and internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method at checkout.

• Standard domestic shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
• Expedited shipping: available at checkout for faster delivery
• International orders: delivery times and import duties vary by country; customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes upon delivery

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they've shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. We will attempt to rectify incorrect addresses whenever possible from our end.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and any secure package locations first, then contact your local carrier. If the issue persists, reach out to us at contact@watanpalestine.com and we'll do our best to help.
